Stony Brook FNP Summer 2018

Hi all!

Was hoping to get a thread going for applicants to the Stony Brook FNP program for 2018. I submitted my application a week or two ago and got an email for an interview on Monday. Anyone else??

My interview is scheduled for Tuesday 12/12 at 11:15 am. I know there is a group component - anyone else going in for this slot??

I have a question for those doing either the FNP or ANP online program, are you concerned about clinical placements? I have two additional choices for my ANP, both local to me, very expensive compared to SBU, but offer clinical placements. What are your thoughts?

I got in too! Congrats to everyone accepted. I know classes ahead of us created a Facebook group for their year as a resource for asking questions/studying and just getting through the program :) wondering for those accepted if anyone was interested in creating a group like that or wanted me to do it?
