STCC 2011 Hopefuls?

Just wondering if anyone else is trying to get into STCC this fall for Nursing? I'm finishing up prereqs now, and just took the HESI. I scored an 85, but want to take it again to see if I can get my score up even higher. I have a 4.0, so I'm hoping that as long as my midterm grades are A's/B+'s I'll be OK.

Also for those of you who havent heard yet.. I just got this email from admissions today:

Some of the acceptances have started tp go out as of last week and we will continue to send out letters on through May and into June. WebAdvisor can not always be trusted to update based on our system.

So if you haven't updated yet.. and haven't gotten a letter yet.. don't panic! :)

Has any one gotten anything in the mail yet??? I'm still wondering what the ict at the end of my wait list status means!! Its so frustrating...:crying2:

I got my letter on Saturday. The admissions office told me they weren't done sending out letters yet though. They said they would continue sending them out through may and into june.

I still know of quite a few people who's webadvisors haven't even changed yet! This seems like a very disorganized affair on their part.. and causing a lot of unnecessary heart ache! :down:

ict means intra-college transfer

Hello everybody. I'm also waiting to see if I've been accepted to the Fall 2011 Nursing Program. How are you able to check on Web Advisor to see if you've been accepted/wait listed/ or declined? Thanks for any help and congratulations for those of you who've been accepted!

Sign into ur webadvisor account, go to prospective student and then click on admission status. If nursing says moved to student then ur in! Let us know!!

Thanks so much for your quick reply. OK, I'm kind of confused.

For some reason I have two Academic Programs listed as NURS.AS, one as received on 5/25/11 for a start date of Fall 2010 and the status is listed as rejected. This is weird because I only sent in my application this year. The other NURS.AS says it was received on 02/25/11 with a Fall 2011 start and the status is Application complete.
