STCC 2011 Hopefuls?

Just wondering if anyone else is trying to get into STCC this fall for Nursing? I'm finishing up prereqs now, and just took the HESI. I scored an 85, but want to take it again to see if I can get my score up even higher. I have a 4.0, so I'm hoping that as long as my midterm grades are A's/B+'s I'll be OK.

does anybody kno anything about the smartphones we r supposed to have? i have a blackberry curve but its horrible lol, i dont know if we have to buy one or they will provide us with one

In the past they provided the students with one. I would assume it will be the same this year. We just have to pay the monthly fee.

Hello, I'm on the waiting list on WA its said wait list (ict) I went to the admissions office and asked what it meant and the lady told me I had to wait to get my papers in the mail.... how cruel is that. I'm happy that you guys got in and hope to see you all in September as well. If I'm lucky.

I spoke to a lady that's graduating this year from stcc and she says that we will be getting free i-touches to download our books onto!! N we keep it even after we graduate!!

I made it to waitlist last year because I didn't have all my pre-reqs done. I only had one more, but they really want to see that you're fully ready to dive into your nursing classes with no other classes to do I guess. It didn't used to be this way, but the competition's gotten brutal, so, here we are now. Good luck this summer, and hope to see you in September.
