Hey all!!! I am in my final semester before register for the nursing program. Then in May I will be filling out an application for the CEP for NAU. I'm an in Az and I was wondering if anyone out there took statistics online through Rio Salado college?? I am already taking a full load and working full time, but was thinking of adding PSY 230 online. I've heard it's challenging but wanted to reach out and see if I could get any first hand advice!
Thanks all! :)
Don't be too nervous! I took a 5 week Stat course online this summer and got an A. It was through MyStatLab, which was an awesome program. The internet and youtube were definitely my friend, as my instructor was difficult to get ahold of. I would recommend a graphing calculator ti-84 plus is what I used. Perhaps borrow from a friend or rent one online. It severely cut down on my homework time.

Gotta say, I totally disagree. I use a basic scientific calculator and I find no need for a graphing calc. I am over half way through the online stats course from athabasca and find it quite doable. Yes there are a lot of problems to work through but that is how you learn. I am averaging 95% right now and have never considered myself an exceptionally strong math student. I don't know about the specific college in question, but would recommend athabasca to anyone.
