I'm in the US now and I just passed my nclex exam (im a USRN now) I'm out of status and am currently looking for a hospital who could direct hire me and sponsor my green card visa possibly..

Does anyone of you know a hospital that fits these?

I can't understand why you are posting about grandfathering a petition when the op has not indicated it any way that they can do this. They indicate that they are from the Philippines but now in the US out of status and looking for a hospital to petition their file. All that needs to be explained so they are not getting confused information is they are out of status, no visas currently to adjust and to adjust you need to be in status. The best thing the OP can do is return home and go through consular processing

I am not claiming to be an expert on immigration and this is not an immigration forum as well but I do not see anything diff. from the info. there compared from the info. in the other sites I gave. Maybe you can point out w/c provision will make the OP able to file AOS now.

They are saying the same thing aren't they? That Section 245(i) expired on April 30, 2001 and only cases filed on or before it still holds true. In addition, as we have said, we are in retrogression. Even if we say that granted that OP met those requirements for a 'grandfathered case' she also cannot file an AOS since it is not allowed during retrogression. Last day of filing of AOS was last Aug. 17, 2007.
