Problems like this with the directions not making sense with the rubric are a big reason why I don't recommend this program to other nurses. It can be so frustrating and waste so much time. I'm so glad this is my last semester.

I would LOVE to have the grades from week one before I submit week three assignments. Sigh.

Finally got to retake the quiz, but then yesterday afternoon, the software program for APA that I am using, lost half of my paper. I worked on that darn thing for three hours and had to rewrite it . OMG, I wanted to scream, cry, break something, and cuss. Instead I went shopping and out to eat. I dont' think the second was as good as the first, but I just wanted it done!

Technology is going to kill me.

Clevelin: I haven't started on Week three yet so I can't help you. But I am planning on mapping out all that I have to do tonight. I'll see if I can make heads or tails of it. Anyone else figure it out?

I must have passed the technology curse to you. My computer got a virus from a YouTube video we had to watch. The virus got in windows and could not be removed without removing and reinstalling my hard drive and Windows. My backup disc was corrupt and wouldn't load my software. To make matters worse, my computer warranty expired 2 days before the crash. I started using a flash drive to back up everything because my computer has never been the same. Hang in there!

I load everything into Dropbox. Therefore, everything is backed up and I can access it from any computer. I have responded to a lot of discussion boards on my lunch break at work!

Does anyone else think the questions for DB 1 this week are propritery, and did you have trouble getting your in house person to divulge the info?

I sent an email to my TA.. it totally does not make sense as written.

FYI-

Email from TA said to focus on the directions for DB and not on the rubric. The professors are aware and are "working on correcting".

Directions and rubrics that are not the same? Seems like everything is still clear as mud with the OU nursing program. My heart goes out to all of you. Just keep the end in sight, it will come. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, or so they say. I am extremely glad to be done with this program.
