Try taking the song and putting your own words to the song. When I was a kid, we worked on a tree farm, shearing trees. (child labor). Anyway, out there in the hot sun for hours at a time, me and the other children would make up words to the songs we knew. It helped us a lot.

I still use that today. Try putting in words for the things you like, in the Sounds of Music.

Kittycat noses, and winds whispering music, pretty green trees, and big bowls of fruit, ect.

It can be kind of soothing.
