Hi! Just starting a thread for the March 2014 Stanford RN Residency application. If you haven't applied yet, deadline is Nov. 25th at noon. Good luck, everyone!

Thank you! Also, does anyone know if they are fully electronic documentation? And if so, what program do they use?

Does anyone have any advice or tips for the four panel interview? HR did state it will be behavioral style questions. Any advice would definitely help!

Interviews are right around the corner! I'm just trying to type out a bunch of different things that happened during my preceptorship where I played a key role in the patient's outcome. It's scary not knowing exactly what they are going to ask but I think we'll all do great. Good luck everyone!

That's exactly what I'm doing too. Just writing out my scenarios, etc. When is everyone's interview? Mine is the 30th at 9:15am. I believe they said they're interviewing 60 people, but does anyone have an idea of which units are hiring and how many people they're hiring? I'm really hoping for an ICU!

Does anyone that interviewed today know what units were listed as hiring?

I heard 25 will make the next cut and 18 will be hired total. As for units I don't know... Good luck!!!

I heard! I'm very excited! How did your interview go? Any advice? And were there a lot of people wanting ICU?

Thanks in advance!

@delmel1 The interview was great! I was really impressed with the organization & flow of the interview, and the other candidates! They want to make you comfortable so relax and speak from your part experience. Not sure how many people want ICU?

Awesome! Just got done! Was very impressed! Can't wait until tomorrow to hear!

I would not want to be in the panel's position! I think everyone in my group did such a good job that I can only imagine how good everyone else did too! Just thankful to have had this chance! At the end, the coordinator said about 58 interviewed, they will choose around 24 and from there they have 14 spots but are trying to get 16 if certain managers will allow it. Good luck everyone!!
