  1. Does anyone have any advice or tips for the four panel interview? HR did state it will be behavioral style questions. Any advice would definitely help!
  2. Got a call from HR on Jan 6! goodluck to everyone! and hopefully those waiting do get calls :) they do leave voicemails
  3. Below are what each status change means. Found this on their website under the link of FAQs: UC Davis Health System Human Resources ? Nurse Recruitment Applied = Applications are being accepted but no review has taken place Routed = The Recruiter has reviewed the applications and forwarded suitable candidates to the hiring manager for review Interview = Candidates have been invited for interviews Ready to Hire = A successful applicant has been selected for this position Hire = Someone has been hired for this position Hope this helps. So those with routed apps, congrats! another weird thing is that it says offers are made about 6 wks prior to start date, which is now. So i'm guessing they're running behind with the whole hiring process.
  4. Hi all, Just wanted to see if anyone can shed light on this. I am a new grad and still looking for a job. And I would love to be a Pediatric nurse from the start, but since landing a job is so hard, I might have to start out in Adult care. So I am wondering if it is hard to be hired as a Pediatric nurse down the line after only getting Adult care experience. If anyone can give some advice, I would definitely appreciate it!
