To all New Grad RN's
You can find it all on the CRONA agreement. All the policies and salary schedules are listed here: http://crona.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/SHC-CBA-12-23-19.pdf
You can Google this kind of agreement for many hospitals, FYI. Most have some kind of contract, is what I've noticed.
Congratulations to everyone in this thread!
it was so exciting to read the evolution of applicant to employee ?
I’m nearing the completion of my degree (May ‘21) so I’ve been looking at various residency programs. I’ve scheduled ACLS, PALS, NRP and a few other certs to be completed before February. Does anyone have advice on things they would have done differently or recommendations on how to be more competitive? Stanford’s website says 650 applicants with 40-50 spots three times a year but I’m already feeling defeated LOL ? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone, I am interviewing for the ICUs this upcoming January for the residency program. I was wondering if anyone in this thread who got into the ICU could provide some insight in the interview process :)? I am stoked I got an interview and want to do my best to come home from out of state.

What unit did you interview for? I can check the FB group and see if anyone has heard back from that unit specifically!
