No I didn’t receive an offer. I had my second interview today! I’m wondering how long they are doing second interviews for

Had my second interview for Oncology today. interviewers said they'll have their final decisions made by Friday and to expect a call early next week. But I'm still hoping they say something this week LOL. feeling very anxious, there's been so much waiting around lately. best of luck everyone!

That's great! How was the second interview? Was this for the K4 ICU surgical trauma? Glad you made it this far!

I don’t know how I feel about it to be honest! It was short. Hopefully it goes well. It was for K7 trauma ? not the ICU. Thank you so much! Hoping for the best

That's awesome! I know the second round interviews can vary a lot from unit to unit, but I've been told the questions generally have more to do with personality, fit for the unit, conflict res, teamwork, etc, so I've been really trying to prepare the best I can for those kinds of questions. I hope you hear back soon and don't have to agonize over it for too long, I've been so nervous! Report back when you know!

I got a call from B2 like an informal second interview and said I’d hear back from Kevin if I do get it. But I was very unprepared for that phone call ?

Yes! What unit and day are you having your interview? My questions were about teamwork, unexpected thing happening, and a caring moment with a patient. It was very short so I do hope it was long enough! Haha I definitely will. Goodluck ?

awww I'm sorry to hear that! still rooting for you! I didn't even know they were doing informal interviews, that's so interesting. Was it like an on the spot interview over the phone?
