Stanford Nurse Residency August 2023 Cohort 39

Hello everyone, 

I just wanted to submit this here to start a place where all of us who have applied to Stanford's nurse residency program can communicate. This is for cohort 39, which has a start date of August 21, 2023. I hope we all get in!

Still no ER for anyone?

No. From what I have heard from other cohorts they only take 2 candidates total for ED, while other units take 15-20 people. I am sure the ED is just being really careful, and are making sure they figure out who the right people are to get a second round interview.

I haven't heard back from ER either. I imagine they're conducting the interviews for the call as well, so it could take awhile? Either way, best of luck to you all!

They're hiring 3 for the ED but yeah I agree. They also interviewed more people for the other units so the ratios are about the same.

Have not gotten a call back...I believe they said Tuesday and Wednesday would be the only day for callbacks so I am getting super anxious, but trying to stay positive ?

I believe they said they were going to make calls until Thursday. Don't lose hope! ?
