Wanted to create this so everyone applying for the August 2022 cohort for Stanford's New Grad RN residency program can stay up to date! :)
Hello, I attended the Interview Zoom sesh but I don't remember if they said that our interview responses needed to be from clinical experience only? can it be from work experience for example outside outside of a hospital setting, does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance & good luck to everyone ?
Has anyone called HR this week to ask if all interview requests have gone out?
Was really hoping for an interview, but it's not looking good.
Luckily, have several other offers to choose from so I may just take it as a sign and move on.
Good luck to all who have received interview invites.

I think you can talk about your work experience but they prefer clinical experience.

I'm so sorry. The right spot is out there for you. Keep applying.
How did you determine that you were not moving forward? Did you receive an email thanking you for your interest? Or did your portal change?
Good luck!

My written responses were short! About a 12 sentence paragraph? I emphasized on the e lesson learned and what it brought to my practice. Don’t give up! I applied first round with the same stats (minus RN license.

That doesn't sound right. I got an email that my application was received and will be reviewed, but nothing about withdrawal. It might be a mistake if your interview was already scheduled. Did you email anyone about it?
