I didn't find another thread yet for the Stanford New Grad RN Residency starting Fall 2020. I thought this would be a good place to share advice and on where/when to apply for Stanford’s nurse residency program. I have a vague understanding that it may reopen this spring, however, the website does not have much information past that. Not to mention, it's nice to extend a little support to each other during our first job hunt.
were they very strict on the 2 min/ answer ? also how many nursing managers were present?

No one in my group was cut off from their responses, personally I don't know if I went over 2 minutes. all the unit managers and some assistant managers for surgical were present in my interview
Y’all can do this! I had my ICU interview today and it seemed to be the same as the other units. Super straight forward and structured format. We all got this!
They said that they would collaborate after tomorrow for surgical/ICU units for 2nd round interviews. Anyone know if they can call sometime later tomorrow?
Just thought I’d give an update.. got a call back for a second interview a little over an hour ago (surgical). I interviewed earlier today so it may have just been this manager wanting to let me know ASAP. Last time around I didn’t get a call until the following evening so stay close to your phones tomorrow!
