  1. I agree - I think since verbal offers are still being given today, we should wait til end-of-day tomorrow for an update. Perhaps, he’s waiting until all units have decided on their hires to send out individual emails and/or a mass email to the new cohort. I’m eager to get that official letter, too! But, I’d say one more day... then go to town on his inbox LOL.
  2. Can I just say - I love how many of us are collectively trippin’ out right now?
  3. Just interviewed this morning and got a verbal offer a couple hours later!! Waiting on that HR email now ?. Too superstitious to believe it’s real until it’s in writing...
  4. I got a call-back for a second interview for the float pool a little after 4 pm ?
  5. Hey y’all, for those who’ve interviewed so far (and are willing to share any insight): what kinds of questions have you been asked?
  6. That's correct - as of last night at 10pm, the site shut down for maintenance and will reopen on May 5th at 8am. So it was only open for about 12 hours yesterday and will be back up again next week. It's stated on the residency description page: https://hr.ucdavis.edu/careers/nursing/residency
  7. No, that wasn’t included in the directions and there was no mention, so I didn’t add them. Also I know past (accepted!) applicants who did not include letters, but then included them in portfolios they brought in person to interviews
  8. I see where the issue might be... When you click the link to apply from the Nurse Residency Program description page, it takes you here. Instead of clicking "Browse Jobs" as the directions say, click Returning Applicants. That will take you to the page below. On the right, under UC Davis Health Jobs, click External Candidates. That should take you to the following page, on which you can see the nurse residency program job opening listed. You might have to make an account first. I created mine a while back. Hope this helps!
  9. The application is open right now and I submitted! The job ID is 7652 and the job title is "New Grad Nurse Residency Program." P.S. Does anyone know what "PR Certification" is? It's in the Job Description under Required Qualifications.
  10. I received an invitation to interview for medicine Sunday night
  11. I received an automatic reply when I responded to the invite to interview email. Looks like Kevin Silvestre is out of office yesterday and today. Anyway - says we should hear updates by this upcoming Friday.
  12. Hi, blnnca! Unfortunately, I remember the application closing sometime in the middle of March, on the 12th or 13th... Best of luck to you, though! I have been applying to places incessantly for the last month and am just crossing my fingers on the daily hoping to hear back from anyone.
  13. Yes, I'm sure you figured out by now, but you need to do that. It explains that on the General Instructions, which were linked on the application: https://www.RN.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/phn-app.pdf Page 4 discloses the need to request transcripts. Page 8 is the form you need to fill out and send to your school of nursing for completion and processing.
  14. Hi, guys, I was wondering to whom you addressed your cover letters for your applications. The current full job announcement names "Melody Harris-Woods" under "Agency contact information." Was this the same for you? Or did you do the general "Dear Hiring Manager?" Thanks!
  15. Hey! I was advised (by a former applicant who was accepted) to just say "Dear RN Residency Team" or "Dear Hiring Manager" or something along those lines. Also, I don't remember exactly where I saw this, but I vaguely recall reading something on the Stanford website about them not disclosing hiring managers' names or contact information d/t privacy reasons.
