Hey everyone. I got my rejection letter tonight, in case anyone is still waiting I guess they’re still coming. Huge CONGRATS to all those who got offers ?

I think emailing end of today or tomorrow would be totally reasonable! Maybe we should wait till tomorrow since it seems some units are still sending offers today

if anyone is like me and checking all nurses every 5 minutes and constantly staring at their phone for a phone call, I just want you to know you’re not alone!! We’ll all get through this and we’ll all get to where we need to be! Sending positivity ? (hopefully this weekend flies by fast though LOL)

CONGRATS to all those getting calls and hoping for the best for those still waiting! I got a call from med/onc ICU last night for a second interview. I think all decisions will be made this week if I'm not mistaken... hoping for the best outcome for all of you. I know how insanely tough the job search is, never get discouraged! always keep moving forward!

Y’all can do this! I had my ICU interview today and it seemed to be the same as the other units. Super straight forward and structured format. We all got this!

For which department? I think all ICUs will be taking 1 or 2 new grads. Not sure about other units but maybe 2 or more

When I asked he said all 5 managers will be present, so I assume that’s all 5 ICU’s. Med/onc, surg/trauma, neuro, cardiac,... float?

hey everyone, I did a lot of research looking into behavioral type questions and the usual structure of stanford interviews.
