Stanford New Grad March 2022

Just wanted to start a page where people can update each other as we all apply to stanford's new grad program! ?

• I am using Mac, Hey I am applying for the second time; I applied in last Cohort before finishing nursing school or having an RN license. Second-time applicants might have a different interface! Because I don't remember having to upload everything together in my first application, HR will send you an email to upload everything they wanted. You may call HR tomorrow.

Maybe that’s why. I don’t have the same sections as you. I emailed the new grad email and I hope they reply before I have to submit.

I also had the same issue of not being provided a place to upload additional documents. I submitted my app, and a recruiter reached out to me asking me to just email in the supporting documents because of this tech issue.

I am wondering if anyone has been able to edit their application after they submitted it? Also, is ---------------------- the contact person for questions we may have? I couldn't find an e-mail on the new grad site for questions, concerns, etc. Thanks!

I submitted my application then realized that I missed a few documents. I withdrew and tried to reapply and it didn't let me. I just emailed Kevin. Hopefully he will reply to my email with a solution before the deadline which is tomorrow night. I'm so sad RN tbh. ? I hope you guys don't make the same mistake.

I also was not prompted to add any additional documents. I have seen in other forums people having the same issue so hopefully we will all still be considered. I didn't want to miss the deadline so I went ahead and submitted my application without the documents. 

Has anyone heard from HR on if were supposed to just wait for a follow up email?

Does anyone know the rough timeline for hiring? Curious about the approximate gap between offer letter to the start date. I have a start date for another position at the end of February and wondering if I should push it out, just so both the team and I have enough room to make plans. They are staggering orientees through this period so moving the date wouldn't be a big deal, but I don't want to push it out if I'm not hired at Stanford.

Hi just seeing this. the same thing happened to me and I used my other email account to reapply and it went through. Hope this helps (I saw that they pushed the due date back to 11/15)
