  1. Where were you able to see how many positions they were hiring in your unit? Thank you ?
  2. I also was not prompted to add any additional documents. I have seen in other forums people having the same issue so hopefully we will all still be considered. I didn't want to miss the deadline so I went ahead and submitted my application without the documents. Has anyone heard from HR on if were supposed to just wait for a follow up email? Thank you!
  3. That's good news! The only thing I really changed was my personal essay's and I had the department head at the hospital of where I volunteered write me a letter of recommendation and I added it in with my application online (which it didn't say to do but I was just trying everything at this point). My anatomy professor submitted a separate letter as well that he sent to the school itself. But I put a lot of time into the question about the Jesuit Education and I honestly think that's what got me in over everything else. If you want to PM me I can give you more info!
  4. Yeah I think something is wrong with the log in. It sucks too because campus is closed for the holidays now...
  5. It says that when you first try and log in you have to click password reset, but I'm having trouble with the "code" part.. it's like it sends a code to your email and we enter it in but I'm not getting any codes to my email. It's so confusing!
  6. I can't remember if I got a letter too but I definitely got an email last semester when I didn't get in. I didn't get the email until last minute because they only sent out a few acceptances at a time to see how many would accept/decline. I wouldn't lose hope! Maybe Sacramento does it the same way.
  7. Thank you! And don't lose hope! This was my second time applying, though I applied to the SF campus first.
  8. Oh okay that's awesome! Were you able to create your USF account? I can't get past the password reset, it isn't sending me a code to put in?
  9. Yay! Are you from Sacramento?
  10. I live in Roseville which is about 30-40 minutes away
  11. My email came in at 3:47 but I didn't see it until a bit later and checked my portal shortly after. Thank you!!! I'm still crossing my fingers for you!!
  12. They just sent out decisions tonight! I got accepted!! The email says to check your portal and it states a decision is in the mail, but I clicked download pdf above it and my letter was there!!
  13. Ok i figured it out! I had previously applied and checked my old portal, and it used the same log in :) So I guess that is why I never got a new portal email with this application. I also called and confirmed the Sacramento campus is only accepting 20 students much less than in the Fall. She said there was about 80 applications. I was stuck trying to decide which one to apply to for last semester as I live in Sacramento but wanted to try the San Francisco campus. They sent out acceptance letters in increments of a few weeks and waited to hear on those before sending out more. I was one of the last few applicants they were deciding on as I didn't get my rejection letter until the last week in summer.. such a bummer! But I was told today that the admissions hadn't received anything from the Sacramento campus yet as far as decision letters.. so within the next few days for sure! Fingers crossed for us both!
  14. What portal is everyone referring to? I applied to the Sacramento campus as well but never received an email to a portal. I just got a call 11/27 that all my materials were received and to expect an email/letter in the mail from 12/10-12/15.
  15. I received a phone call on 11/27 from admissions. She informed me they received my application and all supporting documents, and to expect an email as well as a letter in the mail starting 12/10 through 12/15. If you don't hear by then she said to call them. Best of luck to everyone!
