There is an area where you can upload multiple "additional documents" under the skills, I uploaded my cover letter and resume in there.

There was only a section for the resume on the first page. Then on the My experience page --> skills, there's only a section to write your skills. I see that you can upload certifications but that's about it...Is that the section you're talking about?

Which section are you in? I only see this

Yes I am in the same section, I don't know why  it doesn't show you the upload additional documents section.
