Randy! We did it! Hope you're enjoying the rest of the day?

For interviews: They were all very nice! 4 categories: EBP/QI/Safety, Patient-centered/compassionate care, innovation/leadership, teamwork. Have at least 4-6 different scenarios (clinicals) that you can pull from that can fit into those. Everyone got a different question! You all are gonna do amazing, future coworkers!

Congrats guys!! Wishing you all the best. Quick question, how are seating arrangements like? xD Are we all sat on a big table? Or just chairs in front of the interviewers?

My interview was terrifying but I don't think I did anything "wrong”… just didn't get to say all the things I'd like to say and was really nervous! Wondering if anyone comes out of these interviews feeling confident? Be prepared for "tell me about a time when" questions

Congrats! I'm sure you did great ? I was wondering how strict they are with the 2 mins?

They have a timer and warn you if you get close

Does anyone know how many move on to the second round? Also, since there is not gonna be a Summer cohort do you think there's a possibility they might hire more for Spring since their next cohort won't be until fall 2024? (in the past they've done a Summer cohort, but I guess they're stopping that)

hi guys! is there an opportunity in the interview to ask questions? or was it just more so they ask you questions you answer, and they move on?

At the end each person is allowed 1/2 question to ask the interviewers! The fist 40ish minutes is basically just them asking you questions and moving on.

if you don't mind me asking, were there questions that you felt were difficult to answer/stumped you or where they pretty general behavioral questions?

Some of them were definitely long and had multiple parts! So if you have a little notebook to jot down key points, it'd be good. They're also really open to repeating and clarifying the questions if necessary too. Someone broke down the 4 main categories earlier in this thread that they asked and majority of them required referring back to a specific clinical or class related experience.
