Hi yall wanted to start this for all of us applying to the new grad

Hi Jenny! 

I am not sure if this helps but I had the neonatal track (as a whole) as my first choice. And from what I understand,-at this point on- you are only being considered for the track you are interviewing for.

There are separate rooms for each panel. So if you're OB you'll only be with OB. But I believe both maternity and L&d will consider you regardless if you wanted both specialities or not. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know how many students in general they are interviewing? How many they are hiring?

My interview was terrifying but I don't think I did anything "wrong”… just didn't get to say all the things I'd like to say and was really nervous! Wondering if anyone comes out of these interviews feeling confident? Be prepared for "tell me about a time when" questions

Randy! We did it! Hope you're enjoying the rest of the day? 

For interviews: They were all very nice! 4 categories: EBP/QI/Safety, Patient-centered/compassionate care, innovation/leadership, teamwork. Have at least 4-6 different scenarios (clinicals) that you can pull from that can fit into those. Everyone got a different question! You all are gonna do amazing, future coworkers!
