Hi Isabel T! Congratulations on getting an offer! I'm applying to the 2024 fall cohort and was wondering if I could ask you some questions?

Hi!
I see on the application site it says you must have a BSN. So, am I correct in assuming you cannot be an ADN currently in a RN-BSN program when applying...? even if you will be licensed by the required date?
Hi!! Email them about that

On the webinar I believe they said no ADN but maybe your situation will be different since you will have your BSN by the start date so e-mail them about it.

If you have your BSN/RN by the required date, then you should be OK to apply! I applied before graduating or getting my licensure from my MSN program

I would research a lot of behavioral interview questions, and watch Sanford health interview webinar because they gave a lot of good tips! Practice practice practice. Think of at least 5 to 10 scenarios from clinical/preceptorship/etc.. Use the star method show your passion in your application and interview. It also helped me a lot to look on their website and understand their mission and values, and use that as a basis for your answers! You got this!
