Hello, has anyone already had their interview? Could you share what types of questions were asked and what the process was like? Was it conducted as a panel with three other candidates?

For those that interviewed for PICU today, do you remember the names of the interviewers?

did anyone hear back from heme/onc yet for 2nd round interviews? and to those who signed up for a first round interview, do you remember how many slots there were for interviewees (just trynna see how many ppl interviewed)

Hi there! I got the call for the second interview for hem/onc. If I were to guess, I would say 16 people interviewed (4 per slot from 10am-2pm). Did you get a call as well!

behavioral questions, I went through all the allnurses posts from the past and this one to find info on the categories etc and that helped me!

Today! But I'm sure they just started calling, so don't give up hope yet! My fingers are crossed for you!!

All behavioral questions! So def be prepared to think of a lot of clinical interactions and experiences with family members. You got this!!

Okay, thanks! I have done that already but was wondering if they changed the theme of EBP/QI, teamwork, family-centered care, and leadership?
