Stanford Children's RN Residency Fall 2024

Published

A little bit early but I'm starting this for all LPCH Fall 2024 new grad applicants!

Just got an invite! My top choice was PICU, where I had my preceptorship.

I applied for PICU and got an interview for the Critical Care specialty track.

I applied for ICN and got an interview for acute care/dialysis.

Anybody apply to hem/onc and get an interview?

Congrats to those who already got interview invites! I'm wondering if we didn't receive an email this morning, does that mean we were not selected for an interview? Or are they still sending out emails?

Just update to Future Potential. Good luck to you all ❤️

I had my preceptorship on PCU300 at LPCH and did my peds rotation on PCU300, but just got a rejection email. Times are tough. Best of luck to those who go an interview!

Did you have preceptorship in neonatal ? Or worked/volunteer for Stanford?

I did my preceptorship in NICU, never worked at Stanford.

Does anyone know what the interview questions will be like?

They will most likely be behavioral type questions.

Anybody interviewing for onc?

Yes!

I'm interviewing tomorrow morning with the critical care track! Is anyone bringing their portfolio? The last time I interviewed they said they had my resume but I don't know if I should bring it just to be prepared.
