I have not heard anything either. My first choice was Peds OR. Mine still says "recruiter review" and I have not received an interview invite or a rejection email.

I applied for Peds OR and mine is still on recruiter review, no emails yet!

My application has said "recruiter review" since last week. Has anyone else's changed to "under consideration"? I haven't received a rejection email but also haven't moved to "under consideration."
