Although I've never worked there, as a Community Nurse, I've had some dealings with this institution. I know nurses who have come from St. Elizabeth's Hospital and nurses who have gone to St. Elizabeth's Hospital to work.

Generally speaking, St. Elizabeth's Hospital has a pretty good reputation in the community for customer service and employee satisfaction.

Good luck in your job interview, hpynurs2b.

I haven't worked there, but I have friends that work there, and I did clinicals Med/Surg and OB clinicals there. I thought it was a great place. All of the nurses that I worked with were awesome and really showed me some valuable info when it comes to working in the real world. I also really like their RN Residency program for new grads. I'm and LPN now working on my RN, and I'm thinking of applying for it. The only complaint that I really had was when I worked Med/Surg on the 3rd floor...it seemed like it took forever to find a working thermomater or pulse ox. Overall though, I'd say St. E's is a good place to work.

I do work at St E's (as a Nurse Assistant) and I really do love it. It is a small hospital, but they do seem to care about their employees. Everyone I work with enjoys it - you have your usual complaints, but you would have that no matter where you work. I have done clinicals there and really hope to get hired into their residency program once I graduate.

Good luck to you!

thank you jrzgrl0520 for taking the time to respond to my query.

all the best with your studies!
