SSC/UCF Concurrent ASN/BSN Fall 2015

Published

Hello Everyone!! I didn't see a thread on this yet so I thought I would start one. I applied yesterday for the UCF Basic BSN that starts in the Fall, but since the window for the concurrent program opens prior to acceptance letters going out, I will also be applying to the concurrent program! Here are my stats...

AA - Completed with Honors (MCL)

Overall GPA: 3.65

Prereq GPA: 4.0

TEAS Score: 85.3

Anyone else finishing up their prereq's or just waiting for the window to open?

this wait is killing me lol. but time is flying! :D

Three weeks down!!! Hopefully only one or two more to go.

It seems like past classes have found out on Fridays. Here is to hoping it's this Friday

How's everyone handling the anticipation?

I think it is wonderful both the generic and concurrent program were shortened.

I can't wait to find out! I'm hoping we find out tomorrow, but I am doubtful. I am thinking 5/15 will be the day. So excited! How are you handling it? Finding out tomorrow would be AWESOME.

i REALLY hope it's tomorrow. I am so nervous! The time really has flown by though.

I looked back on previous threads and everyone seems to find out on Fridays. I don't bother with my email throughout the week but every time I get an email on a Friday my heart skips a beat when my phone dings. I just want to know already! :geek:

I can't believe tomorrow will be four weeks! I want to know tomorrow too. I'm the same way with my email. Friday's I'm finding myself checking more often.

Stinks when you get an email from UCF but it's so irrelevant. Haha a girl can get her hopes up, right?

Haha  I know what you mean!!! :) Every time I get an SSC email I get excited and then it's nothing. Here's to hoping next Friday will be the day!!! :yeah: I know we're all excited to find out! Good luck to everybody!!

Hey guys!

i emailed them about the confusion between categories and TEAS score for the generic track and this is what they replied:

Jemikka:

If you applied to the generic program, you will be placed in categories first and within each category your TEAS, and GPA will be considered. Please refer to the Information Packet on our website: www.seminolestate.edu/nursing. Thanks.

so I guess they put us in categories first then look at our TEAS and GPA. Hope this helps!
