SSC/UCF Concurrent ASN/BSN Fall 2015

Published

Hello Everyone!! I didn't see a thread on this yet so I thought I would start one. I applied yesterday for the UCF Basic BSN that starts in the Fall, but since the window for the concurrent program opens prior to acceptance letters going out, I will also be applying to the concurrent program! Here are my stats...

AA - Completed with Honors (MCL)

Overall GPA: 3.65

Prereq GPA: 4.0

TEAS Score: 85.3

Anyone else finishing up their prereq's or just waiting for the window to open?

For the people who were wait listed:

Students have until May 27th to turn in their intent form (whether or not they will accept their seats)

And until June 3rd to pass background check, get finger printing done and pass a drug test.

So if seats open up, they'll probably open up may 28th and June 4th! Stay hopeful!!!!

Thank You! That's really good to know

Just wondering if you received your acceptance from Valencia, yet. I applied to Valencia May 18th and haven't heard from them and I think you applied around the same time. The waiting is terrible. Congrats on getting into the concurrent.

For any Males accepted. I have 4 shirts (2 polos/2 clinical tops) 2 pants and 1 jacket (large) I'm 5' 8" 200 pounds to give you a reference. Also have almost new Fila all white comfort shoes size 10.5 (bought brand new and worn 9 times for practicum)

Message me if interested and congrats everyone GO STATE! and PS, please try to keep that same positive and excited energy throughout your journey in the program.

Hi Guys! This is my first time on AllNurses so not really sure how it works! I have just applied for the UCF traditional BSN program for the fall of 2016. I sent my application in on Feb. 9th. I am officially "eligible" but sooo nervous! This has been my dream for the longest time. My stats are:

3.75 overall gpa

4.0 science gpa

84.7 on my TEAS

not really sure how to calculate my "other gpa" but I came from Valencia earning my AA and their grading system does not include + or -

i took AP psychology in high school so I have the credit for that, I got a B in developmental psychology, a B in nutrition and an A in statistics. Any insight you guys have for me would be greatly appreciated !!
