Spring 2018 wake tech nursing

U.S.A. North Carolina

Hey Everyone,

I am just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as I am :) I am applying to wake techs nursing program this july 31st for spring 2018. Anyone who is or had , and got in have any insight with grades that got them accepted? And all that?

Acceptance for fall 2017 was 161-213. People got their letters last week. Rejection and alternate letters went out Monday so people will be getting them this week.

May I ask how did it go for you?!? í ½í¸Š

I hear that Spring usually has a lower acceptance points range too. Probably starting in the 150's but I'm not sure.

Thats good! I passed my CNA skills and written in February. Its not that bad!

I am taking my teas next month, I have 6 weeks to go, and I am hoping I do what I need. fingers crossed.

I always wondered about that, thanks for letting me know. I asked that during my advising session, but it was not a yes or no answer. It would be amazing if it was true lol but we shall see. The person after your post said that the students who were accepted got their letters, so that is just amazing. Happy for them whoever they are!

I guess between you and me, we can hang on for the ride!

I had 160 points so I would be one of the first alternates unfortunately won't know what number I am until the orientation, still waiting on my letter though. My mail runs a bit behind where I live especially since I don't live near campus. They mail them from health science campus to main campus then out to everyone.

If you are one of the first alternates you should more than likely be accepted!! 160 points is a big accomplishment. And not everyone that got accepted will decide to go there so that is a big plus for you. Keep your head up! :)

I'm so glad we are in the same boat because this process can be so stressful it'll be nice to be able to talk about it with someone else! lol I'm stressing already and I haven't even done the application! I emailed the health sciences advisors and asked about point count ranges and tried to set up and advising appointment so hopefully more info will be to come shortly!

Yes hopefully I wonder what happens if like 5 people have 160 points I wonder how they decide who's in line first?

Yes I agree! 160 is sn accomplishment! Keep.your head up. Like apa1010 said some that were accepted probably will decline and you can definitely claim your spot!

Right! I'm happy you responded so we can go through the next month's together. It's So much stress and I'm happy I found this way of communication and you to help along the process!

I am already stressed about the application too haha I just got an email back today from an advisor. I had a few questions about the cna 1 registry list and the chem credit. But She had said they are very busy with summer registration, but they are really good with getting back to us on time. You.should hear back soon!

Let me know what you find out! Please!

That's a good question. Do they go by last name?
