The app deadline was 2 days ago

That is not why I am asking, I am asking in regards to whether it is a good school or not, I currently attend BC north campus and its not working out for me. Do you thin it is possible to get into Palm beach state witha 3.6 gpa and are you in the program?

Gigglygabby, do you attend Palm beach state because I wanted ask if you see a difference with both schools.

Their prerequisites are a bit different and there application process is also different but PBSC is a much better program than BC from what I hear. Their passing rate is better also

BC is driving me crazy, I think I am going to go lpn school and just do a bridge program. I know their NCLEX passing scores are very high and all but that is not the only thing that makes a nursing school good.

The school is very good compared to BC. It's also very competitive. It's easy to get into BC compared to PBSC. The professors care about their students. They want you to succeed.

Personally, I feel like LPN then Bridge is a waste of time. It takes you the same amount of time to do the RN program

Which school do you go to? I wanted to go to College of central florida in Ocala but I don't have enough money to get up and move so far away.

This is why I would need an lpn license, I must say there is nothing wrong with becoming an lpn, a nurse is a nurse no matter what, they make less money but abilities are not that much different. Not only that my pre-req gpa is a 3.5 which doesn't give me many options in competing when it comes to PBSC.

Specializes in None yet.

PBSC is not only based on GPA... the pre reqs you completed, HESI scores, GPA, college education, and vet status to accept students. The more points you have the better chance you have to get in...also LPN is not the same as an RN...its like saying a CNA is the same as a LPN...they have similar roles and task that may overlap but different responsibilities

I didn't say Lpn were the same as RN, I said they were both nurses and thank you for replying I was starting to think this thread was dead. Do you currently attend PBSC?
