I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!
I applied to the CF/K Spring Adn program. I am so nervous! I got accepted into the LVN program @ Kingwood but turned it down to take my chances for the RN. I had to retake my English this Summer but I did get an A and I did but my score is 7.472!?!?! I really want to get into Kingwood to avoid paying for daycare for my little one but at this point I will accept whatever. I took the HESI twice already. The first time I recieved a 73 on Grammer and Reading but passed everything else. The 2nd time I recieved a 86% overall with CT score of 920! What do you think my chances are? I also have all of my titers, background check, and vaccines finished. I also had my finger prints done with the BON. I am praying i get in yall!

I think your chances are really good! Have you taken pharmacology yet?
Also, does kingwood cover daycare? I didn't know this.
I know! I figured I'd let you know you weren't alone since it was all KW next to you:) I applied about an hour after applications opened so I'm pretty anxious having to wait until September to find out!
Lol same! We only have about six weeks left. I was trying to find something to keep me busy while the time went by...and then Saturday morning my appendix gave out on me. I just got out of the hospital yesterday and recovery is six weeks. Lol
Anybody recommend a lab for titer testing? I receive my final Hep B vaccine July 30, which means I can't have my titer drawn until August 30, I am hoping for same day or next day results since one of the programs I am applying for has a Sept 1 deadline I can't miss. I appreciate the help!
