Hey, everyone! I've been looking for a thread about fall applications for SPC Nursing program, but nothing yet! It may be early, since the application period just started on March 1st, but here we go! I applied as soon as it opened , and I'm crossing my fingers until the July 1st. Anyone else applied or planning to do it soon? Let me know your thoughts and plans, we are all together in this one ? .

If you let this stress you , you will be a train wreck in classes. It’s not that bad prioritize and move on don’t make more stress for yourself. Good Luck and best wishes once you get through this you’ll be more prepared for classes. The instructors are all great the classes are great , the clinical sites are equally as good. Be ready to work and study like never before it’s a new type of curriculum that what you have been used to but you made it this far you’ll be fine. If you have a challenge go to an instructor they truly try to help as long as you put forth the effort to succeed. I wish everyone the absolute very best I’m not sure how I ended up in this forum however that is a mute point. I truly enjoyed the first semester was it a lot of work you bet it was but time flew by and anytime I needed help there were multiple sources to get it from reach out no one will think bad of trying to improve yourself just don’t be silly about it. Certainly don’t start stressing now Heartfelt Congrats to all
Well said! Thanks for being on the forum, we do appreciate your effort in explaining it all. It’s good to have someone with experience.
The SPC academic calendar in the planner is the same for the nursing program except summer(night students).
If you get days in clinicals then you're in the day program, same for nights.
My program GPA is different on my SPC status. So I asked (because it affects placement) she said don't worry, it will change around orientation. That's when we will find out where we are placed.
The book store is obviously overpriced.
The Starbucks down the street is spacious.
