Hey guys. Making this for those who are applying to SWC’s (Chula Vista, CA) ADN program for Fall 2020. Application period starts soon (November 4)! Write your questions to help each other out throughout the application period. If you want, post the amount of points you have in the point system.
Here’s the amount of points I have
Associates Degree - 5 points
CNA Certification - 25 points
Science Prereq GPA - 30 points (4.0 GPA)
”Fixed Set” GPA - 8 points (3.9 GPA)
Life Experience - 3 points
Language - 3 points (Spanish, documented proficiency)
TEAS test - 15-22 points ... I still need to take the TEAS. I want to give myself enough time!
So that puts me at 89-96/100 points.
Years of hard work into one packet... and now we wait.
Good luck to you all. You guys got this.

I don’t think so.. I’ve never heard of that. People change their minds. But don’t quote me on it! Haha
“*Please note, if you are enrolled or have accepted a seat into any other Grossmont College Health Professions Program, you will be ineligible to receive an invitation to the Nursing Program. Students wishing to apply to the program must apply for an entry date which does not conflict with the completion of the program currently enrolled in. “
Is that what you saw on Grossmonts page? I think that’s referencing to if you are in another program at Grossmont.
