Hi everyone! I’m starting this thread so we can share our application criteria points with each other! I just turned in my application today. I have between 85 and 88 points. I have 3 B’s on my science prerequisites :((, 4.0 gpa for all the general Ed courses. I have fluency in Spanish, an associates degree, CNA, and volunteer experience. I scored an 88 on my TEAS! I hope they can look past my grades in my prerequisite courses and I get in!!! I hope we all get into this cohort! Good luck everyone

Did you get days?
Not looking good for us alternates. Heartbreaking... Literally. ?
And I'm dying to know how many alternates have been offered a position, or "change in status."

Yea I picked days at orientation and they gave me days. I guess there are some people that did not get an email so they might be on hold to see if they will be forced into evenings. I'm not sure why they didnt an email but that may be the reason. Why does it not look good for alternates? We have until the 14th to say if we want to change to evenings then after that the schedule is final.

There's still plenty of time for people to drop. People still need to complete complio, drug test, background screening and if they finalize schedule some people might not be able to do whatever schedule they receive, so they may drop out.

Or u have to take it also when applying for straight Rn and Lvn?
You take the calculation test for the straight RN program I believe the first, or second week of class. U have to pass with 100% and have 2 chances.
I think the calculation exam may be part of the LVN to adn admission but idk

Lvn-rn have to take it to be admitted into the program. Straight to RN have to take it the second week into the program. Weird lvn only need 90% but straight to RN needs 100%??
