Southern Crescent Technical College Spring 2022
Updated: Published
Hello everyone! I wanted to go ahead and create a thread for those who plan on applying to southern crescent ASN program for the Spring of 2022. I know the application is due August so lets chat and get aquainted! Im a transfer student and I had a few of my credits. I just needed to take the TEAS and AP 1 and 2, but I was told to retake my english courses 1 and 2 over due to getting a C at my old school. Also that I should pass those classes with A's cuz the program is so competitive and that people with C's hardly never make it in. That definitely scared me but I have faith.
But as far as the TEAS, what are you guys using to study? cuz im so nervous to take it. Overall this is a safe thread, no judgement and to help each other out.

Hello ladies! Hope you guys are well❤️ Just wanted to check in with you guys on yall TEAS, applying for the program and so on! I know today is the last day so I hope everyone sent their application in!
I got that same email last week. And yes that’s a huge number compared to the seats available. One of our peers here commented that after speaking with the advisor she let her know that a lot of ppl that applied didn’t meet the requirements but they wanted to try their luck and apply anyway. Goodluck!

my GPA was 3.769 my TEAS was a 70.7 so I could study more and retake that next year. I’m really bummed cause I thought I had a good chance.
I am curious what the top and bottom of acceptance was this year. I had 474 points. You had to be close! You may still get in. I bet there will be seats to open when people find out that it is mandatory to be vaccinated. There are going to be some that refuse and don't know about this requirement. So, don't give up yet!

Thanks for the encouragement! I’m trying to stay hopeful. I think the lowest score was 456.6 and mine was 447.6 ? literally nine points away. Didn’t really want to take the LPN route and I’ve missed all the deadlines for any other Spring start dates.
Hello, does anyone has study tips for the TEAS test. I need to take it soon currently an SCTC student but may transfer to Ga state perimeter if I get accepted into the program applying in January. I need a study group HELP. 300 Students applied to SCTC only 50 got in this is unfair. I wish they get rid of the TEAS like some community colleges in Ohio did.
