Hello,
I am looking to start my FNP in the fall of 2017 and I was looking into Southern Alabama FNP. online By the time I start I'll have 6 years of ER experience and I also did 8 months of Critical care transport. I was wondering if anyone had any info on how this program worked for them and recommendations? Would you recommend going here or somewhere else?

Joe,
Do you mean University of South Alabama? Are you looking to only do family practice (FNP) or are you going to do the dual (FNP/ACNP) cert? I'm hoping to start in the dual certification program Fall 2017. Wish I could answer more about the school, but I haven't yet attend courses there. I've corresponded via e-mail with Dr. Bolton, who chairs both the ACNP and the dual certification programs.
