Hi all,
I'm wanting to take one or two graduate level nursing courses (Pathophysiology, Pharmacology) to prove to graduate schools I can handle the material. I would need to do this as a non-matriculated student, and online.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Look at the schools that you want to go to for your graduate studies. Many programs offer these courses online.

Sacred Heart University in CT offers a graduate degree in Clinical Nurse Leader which has advanced path and pharm involved. (They also have other fully online nursing degrees as well). I'm not sure if you can take the class without applying for the degree but it's worth a shot!
