ms. papa RN AGAIN

Sorry its been so long since I have posted or replied to anyone. I have tried to at least keep updated on things but my daughter is 13 months old now and when I get on the computer she suddenly wants me badly!! I still haven't landed a job as an RN yet but I am slowly getting through my narcotics restriction doing my volunteer work and that is going well. I am really enjoying getting my feet wet in a low stress clinic, plus it feels good to give back since I have done so much wrong in my past. Another thing that has kept me busy lately (besides my monthly UA's and weekly 12 step meetings) is that I found that I am pregnant with baby #2 due in April!! I still find it miraculous that my body has repaired itself so well only 3.5 yrs after damaging it soooo much!! I think I am one of the most blessed people in the world right now. To all who need a shot of hope, its all worth it. Recovery is not forever painful and its full of wonderful rewards!! Have a great day everyone!!!!

Congrats!!! The ability of our bodies to withstand the abuse we put them through is amazing. I'm so happy for you--for the pregnancy and your success in recovery! You're an inspiration :)
