Varies depending on the unit you're applying for. I guess since my choice was ED. SBAR for that case study so just brush up on clinical judgment on medical interventions or I read on some, people got behavioral questions. Also, the priority questions and how do you deal with cultural stuff.

For me they asked me on the spot to choose my units ..... for my case study look up Tele / MS case studies on CHF and SBAR I was so nervous I bombed it but for 1st interview was good experience next one I'll be more prepared.... Hope u make it

I was wondering if anybody that got an interview for Orange interview already? 

I was also wondering if anybody got a follow up email like those who are interviewing with Torrance. I only got the link to schedule my interview and nothing after that. Just curious. My interview is for Monday and I'm so nervous!!

Straight forward like who would you prioritize first 1-4; priority to least. For example, out of these who would you see first/handle first:  phone call, provider update, call light, pain. You list it for them. I didn't get the behavior one, so I can't tell you. I got medical one. Like nurse RN gg got CHF, it can vary. So I just recommend brushing up on the common medical stuff. MI, PE, seizure etc.

I haven't received an offer since I passed the initial interview and they invited me for a second interview and optional to attend meet and greet, but highly recommended, however, it doesn't guarantee offer. This was included in the meet and greet:

Post Meet and Greet Instructions:

• After meeting with leaders, please check out from the event and confirm your first, second, and third choices for hiring units.

• Candidates with the highest scores from their interview will be reviewed by the leader in the preferred department for selection first.
