The people who interviewed on Wednesday, who made it to the 2nd phase of interviews got an invite yesterday for a meet an greet next week. The people interviewing today should hear back either Sunday or Monday if they get invited to the meet and greet. It isn't mandatory but the recruiter did say that unless you made a great first impression at your interview you should go to the meet and greet. During the open forum on Monday the recruiter said they interview 3x as many people than they have spots for and invite 2x as many people to the meet and greet. And they go based on how well you scored in your interview and if they liked you I guess.

just got an offer for neuro tele at mission hills!! I'm unbelievably grateful and its only 20 min drive. I've been struggling close to a year so I'm letting you guys know there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

also to add on if anyone's curious I'm external, 5 years CNA experience with 2 in a hospital, and have my BSN as well as BLS,ACLS, and NIHSS certs
