Hi! I'm not gonna go into specifics sorry 🙂 I would say brush up on major disease processes, know how to give an sbar, and know how to make yourself stand out in case of a group interview. The manager after the interview said I was very confident and thats what stood out. So I think how you present yourself matters more than your knowledge. As far as why Providence, I mentioned their mission and vision, accreditations, and how my own values aligned. hope this helps!

I haven't heard anything back I'm really upset. I'm assuming whoever got the job probably got the call in the morning. All units I'm assuming would have a set time to call.

No it wasn't. I'm legit open to any unit I love nursing I just want a job within the hospital setting.
