I was so caught off guard when they started with a prioritization question LOL. I also was never given a paper to read a case study from, everything was verbally asked
Hi,
Did anyone have the interview at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center TORRANCE? I rescheduled my interview for tomorrow. So far, I didn't receive any further info about interview tomorrow. do I need to drive to the hospital since it's in-person interview. Also, how long it will take in total? it's panel interview? can you share me the address and more details please?
Thank you so much.

In person. I attached the instructions. 20-30 minutes interview with 3-4 people on the panel. They'll ask you prioritization questions and a case study. The case study can range from a behavioral or a medical scenario. I got medical. Brush up on your SBAR. Bring paper and pen to write your notes.

so they make you give them an SBAR on the patient that they presented for the case study? Did they just ask mainly clinical questions over behavioral or was it more of behavioral questions?
thank you for the tips!

Varies depending on the unit you're applying for. I guess since my choice was ED. SBAR for that case study so just brush up on clinical judgment on medical interventions or I read on some, people got behavioral questions. Also, the priority questions and how do you deal with cultural stuff.
Hope this helps.
