Little one walks in, says it feels like something is in their eye. Take a look and can see a little yellow speck of something. Thinking it will be easily retrieved and we will be on our merry way. NOPE! The yellow speck was a pencil shaving stuck in there like a splinter Haven't heard a follow-up yet, after Mom picking them up and heading to the doctor. Is it really only our 7th day of school????

I have absolutely no idea and the student wasn't really sure either! Fortunately, Mom was able to get her to the physician and they were able to get it out without any damage to the eye!
