What are you looking for? If you are 'picky' (no offense-but meaning if you want a specific shift, specialty or location), it may be a bit harder. Also, if you are in a location where hospitals don't hire LPNs, you may have to see what else is out there...nursing homes, assisted living, home health, clinics, doctor's offices, etc.
Most nursing homes I know will hire any breathing person, even if they are a quaderplegic (exaggerating a bit, I know).
Have you went to the place of interest or have you sent a resume? Most times, a face to face interaction is better. Good luck!
no i havent, so far i only contacted bayada. Looking to work in clinics, urgent care, corrections and I dont mind doing LTC or Hospice. I just want experience and see if nursing is my passion. Im so excited about nursing. Money is secondary. Thats how much I like it.....lol

Start going to see HR at the different facilities in your area. Since you are willing to do all these different things I would be very surprised if you have trouble finding a job. It has been my experience that staffing agencies often won't hire new grads because as an agency nurse you often don't get much orientation and kind of need to be able to hit the ground running. Good luck.
