LPN refresher needed/last resort

Hi all,

I apologize if this has been covered, but I'm pretty desperate right now and new to the forum. I am a LPN who planned to get my BSN, but made the mistake of listening to a negative person in my life and instead never made it and even had my career all together taken from me to be what they call these days a "Trad Wife.” No offense, great for some. 
My question is that I am looking for a IN PERSON LPN refresher. No way would I be allowed to be online to accomplish this. I have absolutely no family and my only source of support is my daughter, who is a junior in college and too far away to help though she tries. She has experienced the same stuff at home that I have. I have some money saved up and am willing to risk everything to take off and attend a in person refresher.

Please, anyone out there with any info. Desperate and at the end of my rope of hope. I am not young (54) and time is running out for me. Please, any help.
