So Hard To Find A Job As A New LPN Grad

I graduated in July 09, I still haven't found a job every job I have applied for wants experience. No one is welling to train. I would like to know how can someone get experience when no one will give you a chance to prove yourself. I don't understand, people do all the work in school to do a job they truly love and no one will give them a opportunity. I have applied for all jobs in hillsborough county and im now about to start in pinellas county even though I stay in Valrico. I was just wondering if some others are having the same problems I am.
