OMG I just realized I'm starting school in 12 days!!!!!! I can't wait!!!! I'm getting last minute jitters though. Any words of wisdom?

I will be starting in a few weeks, too. I'm still working on getting school supplies and the uniform! I am sure I will not be able to sleep the day before school starts!!!

omg congrats to you three!!

i do not start nursing school officially for 16 weeks in janurary. it feels like an eternity....so hard to wait. i'm done with all my prerequisites. and i feellllllllll like i'm waiting too long lol. i need patience. i'm very excited along with you all, i wish you all the best. i cannot wait to be in your shoes!

Words Of Wisdom:

Don't get behind in reading assignments, papers, studying.

Eat before classes, clinicals to feed your brain. Have a few finger foods that pack well with you (crackers & cheese or PB, fruit, veggies).

Get adequate rest/sleep, but NOT in class!

Learn to say "No" to friends and family for things that aren't essential.

Learn to prioritize with housework, chores, TV, etc.

Stay clear of whiners in your classes. Legitimate complaints are okay...you know the difference.

Stay focused on the prize...
