Im so disappointed and upset. I really thought I was going to get in and to make matters worse the cut off point for the ADN program was 185 points, and I had 178 points. I was so close:/ I just feel like a failure. And my fall classes won't count for my spring application, so im gonna take AP2 again and try to get an A cause that will give me 10 more points. :(
:(
Aaaaw, I'm sorry *hugs*
But don't worry everything will be fine and you must never give up hope. I applied for 5 universities in Engalnd to study Child Nursing and I got 3 rejections :/ I was at the point where I thought I wouldn't get in anywhere and then I got accepted to one nursing school in England and that raised my spirits up and then I got a letter saying I got accepted into my dream university (: I was over the moon, because I had to pass 2 exams and 5 interview stages.
Don't give up faith and keep smiling. Everything will turn out fine and I am sorry, and 7 points away is extremely close. You're very smart and never give up. Keep applying and you'll get there. Good luck! xoxo
ap is the best class to take again- i had a professor tell me if you squeeze by ap2 it will bite you later- if you take it until you get it you will go further. i retook ap and another girl in a similar situation did not - we both made it through a round of clinicals... she failed out and i am still going strong
it's hard to be rejected but it lights a fire in you to work harder that only ppl who have been there can understand. there was a reason it didn't work out this time, and it could be days or years until you understand why; but you will be a nurse and when you make it that will be the time you were supposed to become a nurse.
best wishes!

Yes, don't give up. Sometimes all you need is an A in one or two classes to make it in. It never hurts to have more A&P knowledge. You may even be able to tutor other A&P students.
