SJSU Spring 2021

Hello everyone! I wanted to start a thread for those who are planning to apply to SJSU's nursing program in the Spring of 2021. Please feel free to leave any questions, comments, and/or your impaction score. I wish you all the best of luck! ? I will be posting my impaction score once I take the TEAS test.

Hmm using this method, if I calculated it correctly, I believe it's a 6.773. My GPA is a 3.75 and TEAS is 90.7

Yayy!! Congrats! I have a question. The achievements/ experience section doesnt count towards our impaction score, but did you still fill it out? Good luck!

I sent in my application a while ago and it has already been verified so the stress is over haha. I'm pretty sure the way the impaction calculation works is that you multiply your GPA by 2/3 and then multiply your (TEAS/30) by 1/3. This would make my new impaction score 3.47 something I think. 

My stats are 3.74 and 88.7% on the TEAS but I'm not feeling super confident about them :(

The weight is finally off my shoulders ahhh I have officially submitted my application ? my stats are 3.85 and 94% on TEAS. I hope yalls the best of luck!!

Hey how’s everyone doing ? I was hoping to hear back by now at least to know if they are going to even be accepting a class for Spring 2021... has anyone heard anything ?

Haven’t heard anything back either. Hopefully this week or next week we’ll find out!

I emailed ----------------------------- and she said she is unsure of whether or not they're going to admit a class and that we would receive an update after Thanksgiving weekend.

I'm so anxious :// I heard there was 369 applications for Spring 2021. D you guys happen to know how many of those 369 applications got thrown out for not meeting requirements?

What other programs have you guys applied to?

 

I only applied to SJSU and Delta college all the way in Stockton for the Spring... I got accepted there and they might offer a "fast track" program ~16mo but for an ADN. I have applied and I'm in the process of applying for Fall '21... so I am pretty torn right now. >.<

I only applied to SJSU because it was the only one available and good for me ?

I asked the program director but no luck. I’m getting so anxious! Is anyone a second bachelors student?
