I'm looking all over the place and am finding lots of good teaching sheets, but am really interested in something more concise than the 3- and 4-page guides that seem to be the norm. Ideally, I'd like to find some patient education guides that are no more than 1 page, have the basics of pt ed--drug names (generic and brand), doses, indications for use, contraindications, common side effects, and when to alert your health care provider. Patients don't read these super-long tell-alls and I don't blame them. Anyone know where I can get some concise drug teaching sheets for common medications?
